All of our crayons are handmade and hand-poured in small batches. They might have tiny bubbles and colours may vary slightly from photos shown. If crayons have contact marks on them due to movement during delivery, just give them a gentle rub to remove them. If any of the crayons are broken in transit just send us a photo and we will send a replacement.

All our crayons are safe and non-toxic. They meet and comply with CE and EN71-123 standards. They are recommended for children 3 and above as the pieces are small and might pose a choking risk.

At Mini Tags, we take pride in creating custom, one-of-a-kind items tailored just for you! Because each personalized product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns on these items unless there is a defect in the crayon.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives with a defect or if there is an error in the customization that differs from your original order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Proof of Issue:

For us to process a return or replacement, please send us a photo of the defect or error.

Return Process:

Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.

We will review your request and if eligible, provide options for a replacement. If for some reasons, we have technical issues refunding your purchase, we may arrange a Bank Transfer on a per case basis.

Please allow time (up to 3 business days) for the replacement to be processed and sent to you.
